In this role, you’re on the trucks every day experiencing new sites, meeting new people, and working hard to put a smile on customers’ faces as you help them through a stressful time in their lives. Not many jobs are more rewarding than this!
Customer Service Representative
The first point of contact for customers when they inquire about moving with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. This position is responsible for answering all questions about moving and ensuring future customers are comfortable and have all the necessary information to book their moves. This position requires someone who is engaging, upbeat, and personable, as you spend most of your time on the phone.
Franchise marketers are the voice of a franchise, and they work to develop and execute a marketing plan that will promote the franchise throughout the local community. Social media, digital marketing, grassroots efforts, attending local events and more are just a small part of this active role.
Are you a financial savant? This position might be for you. Bookkeepers work to assist franchisees and managers with keeping track of all the finances for a franchise. Budgets, financial reports, and determining financial goals are a critical part of this position.
IHCs, as we call them, visit homes or businesses of potential customers to help them gauge what their move will cost by taking inventory of everything that needs to be moved and using their knowledge and resources to determine the most accurate moving quote.
Dispatcher
We said moving crews are the lifeblood of a franchise, and it’s dispatchers who get them organized each morning as they head out to their moves and get ready to tackle the day.
Office assistant
This job is responsible for handling administrative duties around the franchise such as paperwork, confirmation calls, assisting walk-in customers, supporting the sales and operations teams, and much more.
