This March, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchises nationwide reviewed hundreds of applications and conducted dozens of interviews in hopes of staffing our teams in preparation for the busy summer months ahead. March marked our fifth annual Career Move Month hiring event, and we set the goals of receiving 12,000 applications and hiring 1,200 new team members. We’re happy to announce that we not only met, but exceeded our goals, with 17,291 applications received and 1,433 new hires brought onboard!

The final results are incredible, as we received 76.47% more applications and hired 41.6% more teammates than Career Move Month 2016. This is a testament to the growing brand and career opportunity within. With a footprint in 42 states and counting, team members in our system have greater potential to gain unique experiences to further their careers. We have seen many team members rise to management and franchise ownership roles, transition from a franchise to Home Office, or move from one franchise to another throughout their career paths.
