Four TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise managers work toward business ownership through Mary Ellen’s Moving People Scholarship program

One thing that has always remained consistent with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is our commitment to moving our own employees forward within the brand.

Throughout the company, you’ll find endless examples of people who’ve worked their way up into a variety of different roles through hard work and a dedication to the brand. When we tell potential team members this is “more than just a paycheck”, we truly mean it!

Each year, we find a way to elevate franchise team members into franchise ownership roles through our Mary Ellen’s Moving People Forward Scholarship Program. This is a year-long program where candidates learn the ropes of how to be run a moving franchise, put together business plans, and present them to the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK executive team. One winner is awarded $50,000 to go toward opening a new location, and it’s a great moment for the brand to see those who have put in the time get rewarded.

This year, we followed four candidates who participated in the program – Clint Weaver, Denise Blaisdell, Ferris Owens, and Cody Napoli – for a 6-part video series to show how the program works. It’s a great look inside the life of a TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise manager, too!
